Undip takes an active role at Edujob Expo SMAN 7 Semarang

Diponegoro University (Undip) through its Educational Development and Quality Assurance Institute (LP2MP) participated in the Education Exhibition at Edujob Expo Event entitled “Hacking the Future”. The event was organized by Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri 7 Semarang on December 15, 2023 in the school auditorium. In his speech at the Opening Ceremony, the Principal of SMAN 7 Semarang, Sugiyo, S.Pd, M.Kom, said this activity aims to provide opportunities for students, both 10th, 11th, and 12th grade to get to know more closely the profile of the 32 Universities present in this expo.

The event opened with a dance performance of Nandak Ganjek performed by the SMAN 7 Dance community. The Undip Socialization and Promotion Team, consisting of 4 people, is present to provide comprehensive information on the selection paths, educational costs, study programs, facilities, and advantages that Undip has. Frequently asked questions by parents and students include scholarship programs, graduate profiles, and lecture materials.

Undip’s Socialization and Promotion Team provides excellent service by providing informative answers and explanations to every question asked. In addition, the Sospro Undip Team describes in detail the profile of Diponegoro University, including the choice of study programs, facilities, service applications, location access, university achievements, student activity units, and Scholarship Programs. The latest information about the implementation schedule of SNBP and SNBT 2024 is also not forgotten to be conveyed to the visitors. To add to the excitement of Edujob Expo, several music bands of SMAN 7 Semarang students also performed their best performances.

Undip’s active participation in this event is to help the students and parents present to get information and motivate them to choose a study program that suits their interests and potential.
