Tuesday, October 26, 2021, at the ICT Building, 5th floor, International Convention Center Room, a coordination meeting for the preparation of ASIIN’s online visitation was held. This meeting was attended by the Vice Deans in 5 faculties/schools including the Faculty of Animal Husbandry and Agriculture, Faculty of Science and Mathematics, Faculty of Engineering, Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Sciences, Postgraduate Schools, Heads of related Study Programs in the Undip environment, PIC of each cluster, Manager of the related Faculty Administration, and Head of LP2MP. The meeting was opened by the Chairman of LP2MP Dr. Ir. Setia Budi Sasongko, DEA and then the material was delivered by the Secretary of LP2MP Dr. Paramita Prananingtyas, SH, LLM.

He explained material on the preparation of online visitations by ASIIN, including what things must be prepared including laboratories, buildings, classrooms, supporting documents needed by ASIIN; Human resources that will be involved are lecturers, staff, librarians, and students; video profile regarding activities in the laboratory and in the classroom. He emphasized that all documents and nameplates for supporting facilities, including classrooms, laboratories, coworking spaces, etc., must be in English. Finally, he advised the need for cooperation and synergy from all parties to support each other for the smooth operation of this online visitation.
