Diponegoro University (UNDIP) as one of the higher education institutions in Indonesia, through its vision and mission is committed to contributing to the state and society by producing quality human resources in order to achieve a just and prosperous society in accordance with Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution. Internal Quality Assurance System as one of the one aspect of the organization built by the Diponegoro University leadership, in order to achieve the expected quality standards. Realizing the importance of a system in an organization, it needs to be comprehensively written in a quality manual so that it can be a guide for managers to carry out their duties and as a basis for improving the existing system.
In achieving the process of achieving internal quality standards as determined, Undip activities have an Academic Quality Internal Audit (AIMA) instrument that must be carried out every year. The internal audit assessment indicators are taken from the Undip SPMI standards that have been set in the Diponegoro University Rector Regulation Number 22 of 2016 concerning the Diponegoro University Internal Quality Assurance System which consists of 12 Educational Standards and 3 Research and Community Service Standards:
