The following is the procedure for school visits to UNDIP that must be carried out:

1. The school contacted the Admission and Promotion Center of the Education Quality Assurance and Development Institute (LP2MP) UNDIP at telephone number (024) 7460041 to confirm the planned visit schedule at least 2 weeks before the planned visit was carried out;
2. If there is clarity on the date of the visit and coordination with LP2MP UNDIP, the school is required to send an official request for a visit via post, fax, or email addressed to the director/Chairman of LP2MP UNDIP, the address is ICT Building 1st Floor Undip Campus Jl Prof. Soedarto SH, Tembalang Semarang.
3. The school is waiting for an answer to the request for a visit from LP2MP UNDIP.
4. After receiving a letter of response to the request for a visit, the school is required to coordinate with LP2MP UNDIP.
5. The school is required to arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled visit and students are required to wear school uniforms.
6. SMA/SMK/MA visits to UNDIP are free of charge.
