• Become an Education Reform Agent through the Development of a Reliable Education System.
• The vision will be achieved through the renewal of the education sub-system, namely the objectives of technology, structure, psycho-social and managerial. The framework
• used is the principles of good governance and SPICES (Student Centered, Problem based, Integrated, Community based, Elective program, Early elinical exposure, Self directed learning).

Mission

• Formulate educational goals with the results of needs analysis based on community development.
• Develop learning technology.
• Encouraging psycho-social aspects to be conducive to development goals.
• Develop a more organic structure as a learning organization.
• Manage the 4 (four) subsystems mentioned above with the results of social & technological developments.
